Booking terms, payment terms and customer policies.

These terms apply to bookings and card payments made through Bounce for Colab Extravaganza sessions.

Terms & Conditions

Bookings are subject to session availability and are confirmed only after full payment has been accepted.

The customer must provide accurate booking details, including the attendee name, email address and phone number.

Each booking is valid only for the selected date and time shown on the confirmation.

Entry and participation remain subject to the event disclaimer, venue rules and staff safety instructions.

Refund Policy

Bounce sells event bookings and does not ship physical goods, so returns do not apply.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the booked session date, or within 14 days of the organiser notifying you of a cancellation or booking issue.

Refunds will be granted where a duplicate payment has been taken, where a booking cannot be honoured, where the organiser cancels the session, or where a refund is otherwise required by law.

No refund is normally due for missed sessions, late arrival, or no-shows after a booking has been confirmed.

To request a refund, use the customer service route on the Customer Service page or the support route provided in your booking confirmation, and include your booking reference, booking date and the email address used at checkout.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a booking, contact customer service as soon as possible using the support route provided with your confirmation.

Customer cancellation requests made before the booked session will be reviewed against availability and event circumstances. Rebooking or credit may be offered at the organiser's discretion.

If the organiser cancels or materially changes a session, affected customers will be offered a transfer or refund.

Delivery Terms

After successful checkout, the booking confirmation is delivered digitally on screen and by confirmation email to the address entered at checkout.

The confirmation includes the booking reference and QR code required for check-in.

If the confirmation does not arrive, check your spam or junk folder first, then contact customer service before placing a duplicate order.
