Booking help
If you need to check session availability, ticket quantities or pricing, return to the booking page and select your date first.
If your booking form will not submit, confirm that:
- Your name, email and phone number have been entered.
- At least one ticket has been selected.
- The disclaimer checkbox has been accepted.
Existing bookings
Your booking confirmation includes the reference and QR code needed for check-in.
Keep that confirmation email available on your phone or bring a screenshot with you to the venue.
If you are trying to match a booking to your details, have your booking reference, booking date and the email address used at checkout ready.
Payments
If a payment is still pending, wait for the payment page to finish before closing the browser.
If you are unsure whether a payment completed, do not place a duplicate order immediately. Check your confirmation email first and compare the booking reference.
For payment follow-up, use the contact route included in your booking confirmation so the team can match the payment attempt correctly.
